Chapter 12- A Regretful Day (Year 14)

I'm skipping years because nothing happened after year six.

One day Dragge was out for a stroll. Then someone in gold armor came up to him.

"Listen, I've been watching you for a while and want you to join my group known as the Golden Destroyers."

"Who are you?"

"I am Glyde along with my friends Claymoor, Bruticus, and Axel."

"Yes, just as long as I get paid."

"Of course!" Glyde said with a croocked smile.

I regreted that moment for quite sometime. I found out that they were pirates. Well known too. As soon as I found out I decided to find the perfect time to betray them.

It wasn't until a few months later when I knew I had to quit. For as we were on the way to the next island, I heard Glyde say this.

"We are ariving to pillage Ostasis Island and find the first fifth of the mother lode."

Then at that moment, one person came to my mind, Elunia.

Chapter 13- Can I Do This?

Dragge knew that that was the place he spent for a while and knew he didn't want to destroy anyone or anything.

"Let me look through the ruins. I'll look for the Mother Lode."

"Okay Dragge go ahead. If you run into anyone, terminate them." Glyde said.

So they ended up getting on the island and Dragge started running to the ruins as fast as possible. He tried not to run into anyone but there was one person that ran into him.

"Elunia."

"Dragge, are you with them?"

"No, not anymore. I have orders to terminate anyone I run into but I couldn't possibly come to do it to anyone. Now run and find shelter."

Dragge continued on to the ruins and just waited near the entrance so that Glyde couldn't get the massive refractor."

"I'll destroy him no matter what."

Chapter 14- Reunited and it Feels so Good!

Dragge was in the ruins for some time before he heard the elevator.

"Who's down here?" yelled Trigger with his buster ready.

"I am first class purifier Dragge."

"That's why your name sounded familiar!" Griff exclaimed.

"Wait a minute. Griff, Aaron, Trigger, and of course Tim."

"We're here for the refractor. What about you Dragge?" Trigger asked.

"Of course. Along the way tell me about all of your other friends Trigger."

So as they walked towards the reaverbot room Trigger told Dragge about all of the friends that they have and where some are.

"Fascinating. Well we're here."

They entered the room and saw the first reaverbot. A white reaverbot with a rainbow refractor. Most all the team got trashed except for Dragge who ended up destroying the reaverbot.

"Okay we have th refractor and we're out of here!"

"Not so fast!" yelled Glyde coming up in front of Dragge. "It belongs to me!"

"I'm not with you or the others anymore!"

"I just knew that someday you would betray me Dragge, so I could do this!"

Glyde takes a dagger out and throws it at Dragge piercing him through the heart, or so he thinks.

"No!!!" yells Griff. Griff then puts together the strength to pull up his buster and shoot the refractor out of Glyde's hands.

"I'll be back for the next!"

Everyone rushes to Dragge. "Are you alright?" Tim asked.

"You guys know me, never say die."

After that Dragge died, but the others never noticed; no blood. So they end up burying him there on Ostasis Island and take off for Maxstatso. They also didn't notice one lone woman standing by but out of sight.

Chapter 15- What Just Happened?

Your all wondering how I'm telling the story. By you guys there are a few reasons. 1) I'm not dead that was my copy. 2) I'm a ghost. Well your all wrong!!! Here's what happened.

Dragge woke up some time later.

"Just rest for now Dragge." said a voice.

"That voice sounds familiar. It sounds like Elunia."

"Correct answer sleepy."

"What just happened? I was fighting the giant reaverbot, beat it, then Glyde threw a dagger at me then nothing. Just blackness."

"Your friends thought you were dead and buried you. Then I dug you back up because I knew it wasn't true."

"Wait a minute. I remember everything now. I'm 95% robot which means only some circuits were damaged. Tim is my creator and I came from Elysium. They're headed to Maxstatso Island. I have to go!"

"Rest for a little bit. You're still pretty banged up. I had a local mechanic work on you."

"You're right. Give me some food."

Dragge stayed for a few more days then built a makeshift ship that would get him to his destination.

"Why can't you stay?" Elunia asked.

"I have a job to do. Get the Mother Lode and save the world. I'll be back for you afterward."

Dragge took off in his small ship to Maxstatso Island knowing he'd find his friends.

Chapter 16- The Journey and Coming

Dragge was in his ship and started for Maxstatso Island knowing he'd find his friends. It was a long journey for him too.

Every second felt like an hour to him and he didn't have much to do while he was in there. He kept it on auto-pilot the whole entire time and slept for quite some time.

At one point the ship shook and he thought that he was under attack but it was just a big carrier ship that passed through.

Once he arrived two days later he saw no trace of his friends at all.

"Where are they? Maybe they're not here yet because everything looks like it's in order."

So Dragge decided to go into the ruins knowing if they were on the island at all they would still be there. He went inside and found no trace of anyone ever being in there.

He ended up finding his way to the reaverbot layer and found it still there, refractor and all.

He decided to destroy it and get the refractor for the guys so they wouldn't have much to do.

It took no time at all before he destroyed the massive reaverbot. The door started opening. "Was it Glyde?" he thought.

As the door opened more he found out that it was the whole gang staring at him all jaws hanging down.

"Never say die guys, never say die."

[Dragge]

Chapter 17- Dragge's Revenge

"Yes I'm back and stronger than ever guys."

"Impossible! I hit you directly in the heart!" Glyde said.

"So Glyde, you're here for the refractor I presume." Aaron said.

"Of course I am! I want them all!!!"

"He's lost it!" Bola said.

The others all gather around Dragge ready to attack when Glyde does, but Glyde is waiting for them to attack. The two groups stand there waiting for a half-hour just standing there weapons ready.

"Well, shall I start?" asked Tim. He then leaps into the air and shoots Glyde.

The two groups start fighting back and forth. Before too long Glyde decides to bring out yet another dagger.

"It may not have worked last time, but this time I'll make sure that you die Dragge!"

Glyde throws it but Dragge leaps at the dagger, grabs it, the sends it right back to Glyde slicing his left arm open which spewed electricity everywhere.

Glyde left without a word and the others went back to the surface.

"What's the next island?" Teisel asked.

"I'll look at the map when we get back to the Flutter and take a rest." Tim said.

"Well Dragge, it sure is good to have you back with us." Trigger said.

"It's good to be back. You guys are my family and friends."

[Dragge]

Chapter 18- Time for Endontato Island

"Okay, we'll meet up on Endontato Island. Tron you come with me." Dragge said.

"Okay, it's about 100 miles from here so it'll take about six days so we can refuel." Roll said.

"I should reach there in half that time. The yellow jacket is about four times faster because it's a fourth of the weight of the Flutter." Dragge explained.

So everyone went to their designated area and set off to the next island.

On the Yellow Jacket, Dragge and Tron started talking to each other.

"Tron, how did you become a pirate?"

"I don't remember. Teisel knew that I had great mechanical skills and wanted me to create high-powered weapons and I helped him because he was left in charge when our parents died, I had no choice then i started to enjoy it. Why so interested?" Tron said.

"I had joined Glyde for a little bit and helped him out for a while, then quit. Worst decision in my life. Another question, what or who is Bon?"

[Dragge]

Chapter 19- Bon

"Bon, of course is our little brother. He's the reason our parents died."

"He killed them!?"

"No. When he was born he had some terribly wrong things going on with him. He had to be given robotic support to survive. Our mom was so horrified she took out both her and our father."

"Wow."

"We check on him from time to time and when he's old enough we'll build him a bigger robot and new robotic implants."

"Will he ever be normal?"

"No. Sadly he'll always have the implants."

"It's almost as if more people these days have robotic parts, including me."

"What's wrong with you?"

"I'm 95% robot. When Tim cloned himself something terribly wrong happened and I ended up as I am. He was going to destroy me but I took this armor and almost killed my best friend."

"That's hard to believe."

"I know. I now wonder whether I should even exist."

Chapter 20- Where are They?

Dragge and Tron's ride to Endontato was crazy long. They were bored with nothing to do except thrown on the auto pilot and sleep which is what they did.

When they arrived before the others they noticed one detail, no pirates, smoke, or flames.

"Where in the world is Glyde!?!?!?" Dragge said.

"Shocking. There are no pirates!" Tron said in disbelief.

They searched everywhere before the rest of the gang showed up. hen they did they were pretty surprised themselves.

"Where the heck is..." started Trigger

"Not here." Dragge said.

"Did you beat Glyde already?"

"No, been here three days and they just aren't here."

"Well without the threat of pirates attacking, let's hit the ruins before they come." Bola said.

What they didn't know is that someone was there and it wasn't Glyde, it was Bruticus. He waited inside the ruins with a mission, to retrieve fighting data from the team.

Chapter 21- Enter Bruticus

Once the team walked in they noticed that someone was already there.

"Well, hello traitor." Bruticus said directly at Dragge.

"So, you still remember me then."

"Of course."

Dragge fired off a shot and started what seemed to be a battle. Both sides fought without stop. Bruticus however just stood there shooting his buster cannon at the team.

They kept peppering him with shots but he seemed invincible. No matter what he just wouldn't fall. He didn't even move. After some time he finally said something.

"Thanks for the data."

"What data!?" Aaron said quizzically.

"Why your fighting data of course. Glyde didn't send me here to destroy you guys, at least not yet. Well, I've got to get going."

"Darn." Griff said.

"What was that?" Teisel asked.

"It was our fighting data. That's why he just stood there shooting and not moving."

"Well, shall we find the refractor?" Tim asked.

"Well, we have no choice." Trigger said.

"Babu."

Chapter 22- Numeral Three

Well the gang went through the ruins as usual but of course the reaverbots were stronger.

They got to the reaverbot chamber to fight him.

"Here we go guys." Aaron said.

"Just hurry the heck up!!!" yelled Teisel. "I'm tired just standing here looking at the stupid door!!!"

"Babu." Bon said handing Teisel some pills to calm him down.

"Let's do this then it's on to Calbania." Dragge said.

They entered to fight the reaverbot who was not shockingly wood type. It was quite powerful but they knew they could overcome it. They did.

They came out of the ruins with minor scratches and no casualties. They came to the Flutter with a few questions in mind that they would discuss on the way to Calbania.

Who were they to fight? Why did it seem so easy? And what was the purpose of this?

Chapter 23- Three Questions and Answers

Before the trip Dragge and Trigger bought a two way visual and vocal T.V. device. The diggers prepared to have a conference on three questions that they had keeped asking themselves through this journey.

"Let's get started." Trigger said.

"Our first topic is who are we to fight? I know Glyde is there but he's a distraction." Dragge said.

"It's the reaverbots." Bola said.

"It can't be. It's defiantly Colonel. If it weren't for him the reaverbots wouldn't be going crazy."

"Second topic is why does it seem easy?" Dragge asked.

"It's because of you Dragge." Teisel said. "You're the most powerful person in this group."

"Okay." Tim said. "Next topic. What is the purpose of this?"

"To save the world. If we weren't on this life changing journey the world would fall into total chaos." Dragge said.

"Okay, that pretty much wraps it up." Griff said.

"We will see you and Tron in the island Dragge." Trigger said.

"Okay then. See you in about two hours or so."

[Dragge]

Chapter 24- Calbania Island

"Well, I won't be able to go to the ruins with you guys. It's the water ruin and within so many minutes my circuits would fry me to death." Dragge said.

"Okay, we'll radio for assistance." Trigger said.

Dragge stayed on the Flutter and talked to the others since he never got to really talk to them.

"So Roll, how long have you been with Trigger?"

"Ever since we've been children, my whole life pretty much."

Dragge went through the Flutter talking to the following people: Gramps, Data, Tron, assorted servebots, and Banner. It wasn't long before he got a message from Trigger.

"What is it Roll?"

"Mega Man and the others are in trouble."

"Alright I'm there!"

Dragge ran to the pinpointed spot where he saw Bruticus using high pressure on his friends.

"Bruticus!"

"Dragge, I've been waiting for you to come. You're the only one that ever puts up a good fight."

Bruticus uses his trick on Dragge too, but unlike the others Dragge stands as tall as ever. His symbol turns blue and he gets a water style armor.

He shot a higher pressured water jet stream at Bruticus. His symbol changed to gold and he shot lightning from his finger tips.

Another style change occurred and this time it was wind. He blew Bruticus till he was shivering. After that was ground. He took the vines and threw Bruticus hundreds of yards away.

"You may have defeated me but Glyde won't stop until he has the Mother Lode."

"Finally, it's time for the ruin." Trigger said.

"I'll go, with my water style I can stay under water longer than anyone else here. You guys stay here for reinforcement." With that Dragge was off.

Chapter 25- Lonely

Dragge entered the ruins and noticed that right away that it was filled with water but that wasn't a problem for him. The problem was time.

"Man this feels like the creepiest ruin I've been in. It's so dark down here and no light either. So sight was limited to him. He could see only a few feet in front of him.

His buster was kept upright and he kept having the shots go off. This he thought was strategic because if there were any reaverbots he'd hear the shots hitting them.

When he got half-way through he stopped for a while. He picked up the pace yet again running into more reaverbots and trying to avoid them at all costs.

In three hours he finally got to the reaverbot room. He knew to expect a crab as the boss. It fell from the ceiling and attacked with everything it had. It didn't take long and he defeated the reaverbot, gathered the refractor and headed to the surface.

The water had drained so he could see better now and could see every reaverbot. It took about half of the time to get back to the surface as it did getting to the reaverbot.

"I'm back and I have a gift!" Dragge said holding up the refractor.

"It took you long enough." Trigger said impatient.

"Well it's time for Archibald Island if you don't mind." Bola said floating on his back.

"Yes, finally." Tim said.

As they went back to the Flutter Dragge was wondering, "I feel we're about to lose something. I don't know what but something important."

Chapter 26- Archibald Island, the Island of Death (Part 1)

The Yellow Jacket and Flutter came along Archibald Island. Dragge noticed something as the island came into view. He noticed no cities or people.

Instead of people he saw a large t-Rex looking reaverbot in the center of what looked like it used to be a very enormous city.

Dragge got out of the ship and asked Trigger right away why a reaverbot was not in a ruin.

"It's because this is one of the reaverbots that destroyed everything around it including its fellow reaverbots."

Before Dragge could say anything he heard his name being called by a feminine voice knowing that it couldn't have been one of the people he was traveling with.

He spotted the person right away. "Elunia!!! What on Terra are you doing here!?"

"You left a map at my place back on Ostasis."

"So you traveled all the way to give it to me?"

"Yes. Every time I got to the island you were always taking off so I decided to come here instead of Calbania."

"I'm glad you're safe. You have to get out of here though!"

"How touching. It brought a tear to my eye." Glyde said.

"Why are you here?" asked Tim.

"Why to destroy you guys and collect my treasure."

"You're treasure!? Tim's the one that invented the Mother Lode!" shouted Griff.

"Well, I guess I can't stop you but." Glyde said taking out a pistol.

"You can't kill me!" yelled Dragge.

"I never said that I was." Glyde said turning the gun in the direction of Elunia.

"I'm going to kill the one you love."

Glyde pulled the trigger expecting to hit his target but was happier to see who jumped in the way of the bullet. Dragge stood in his space, so did Trigger, Aaron, Griff, Bon, Teisel, and Bola.

They all gasped that Tim took the bullet. The problem was that it was a very fatal bullet that everyone knew would kill him.
