But haven't you watched all those movies, Shift? The team usually likes being dragged into it. I'm sure they probably wouldn't have it any other way...
... at least, that's what I did think until I considered that Megaman's still not back on the planet. That's got to be painful for his family... Meh. I'm sure they get him down eventually.

I actually don't think that it'll take too long for them to get down. Remember what Teisel said? Something about Data having "ancient technology", and was therefore able to get back to Terra from Elysium. Given that knowledge, we can assume that eventually, Tron and Roll will listen to Data, and he'll give them an easy solution.

I choose Miss Casket becuase Trigger is technically not part of the Caskett family.

Given that knowledge, we can assume that eventually, Tron and Roll will listen to Data, and he'll give them an easy solution. But can Roll and Tron REALLY understand what Data is saying? It always appeared to me that what Data kept trying to tell them came out as senseless gibberish, and Teisel just assumed that since Data came from where Mega Man did, he must therefore know about Mega Man's past and the ancient technology.

Niether Teisel nor anyone else know much about Trigger's past, so I'm not entirely sure how he could make that correct of an assumption. The only thing we're certain that most people know of, is that Data and Trigger were found together.
But that might be it. However, I'm pretty sure that they were foreshadowing events in having Teisel say that. I don't think that they would have had him make such an unnecessary and meaningless remark in the last few seconds of the closing scene..
Also, I'm pretty sure that Data would be able to scribble something down, right? I mean, even Bill wrote so in his fan-fic, and no one argued against it...

Remember those servbots running around the Sulphur Bottom in MML2? I think what happened was that while that whole mess with Sera and Geetz was going on after Forbidden Island, and they were babbling about the Ancients and all that junk, the little yellow guys were gathering as much information as possible and relaying it back to the Bonnes. That would explain how Teisel knew about an ancient technology.

I voted for Barrel, especially how he's characterized in the first game, because he's just so wacky. Also, because anyone who would name his adopted son "MegaMan" must be on crack! I don't know if that's cool, but it's funny. Actually, Barrel named him Rock. But Roll eventually changed that, naming him after a certain favorite videogame character. ;D Hard for me to say who... but I'm at a tie between Roll and Megaman Trigger. Roll's brilliant since she can take a broken tv set and make something cool out of it. Trigger's a cool character, I mean, how many people in thier right mind would face down reaverbots and giant pirate mechs without turning yellow? He'd just fire up that buster gun of his and blast 'em back to the stone age. At the same time, he's this kindhearted kid who'd go quite a way to help someone in trouble.

In the original version of the game - that is, the Japanese version - Barrel named him Rock as a pun off of Roll's name. Capcom of America, the brilliant people that they are, completely did away with the name Rock. The only mention of the nature of his name is that Roll named him based off a "favorite video game character". I can see where this would be confusing because MegaMan and Roll are about the same age, but it's Capcom of America we're talking about here. They goofed. But no, his name was never Rock on our end, and - subsequently, never MegaMan or even Rockman in Japan(excluding of course, his days as an Irregular Hunter).

I picked Mega Man. C'mon, he's the hero of the whole Mega Man series! I've also noticed that he's normally kinda underappreciated around here (But, apparently, not in this poll). Well, here, and MLU.

I picked Roll immediatly. She's like a cute teen version of Mcgyver. If she wanted to she could take a Broken TV & an Ancient Reaverbot Etch a' Sketch to make a 10,000 terabit computer system (complete with optical mouse & flat screen moniter). She's a genious too. If it wasn't for her, I would've walked right passed that obvious door and never made it through the first level... sheeere genious!

I picked Megaman Trigger. His hair is awsome, his voice acting is great (but nowhere near as perfect as Tiesel's), and you can give him a tricked out buster gun! Who in the casket family can match that?

I like Mega Man the most.
I mean, I can picture being a buddy of his. It would be fun! He has pretty good social skills, and could protect you from anything that tries to kill you.
Sure, Roll is cool too.
And so is Data.
Barrel is nice too.

MegaMan Trigger.
He is not THAT special. It's just that Roll and Barrel ain't awesome enough.
Data has the Data Dance, but he will always be overshadowed in my hearts by the awesomeness of the Servbots.
One day I'll find out how they can make sense and not at the same time. One day...
