I voted for the Servbots because they are awesome. They are innocent, yet they know they are doing evil stuff. It's so unexplainable, yet it works. Also, they look like Lego Men!
But, considering the Servbots are not really Bonnes, I'd say Tron. Teisel is cool and funny (I'll never forget the Pizza Part), but Tron's indecisiveness when it comes to work and love is just funny all around. Especially when Tron used voice changers to make her sound like Roll and tell MegaMan that he used him.
(Tron said that Roll steals from MegaMan because the upgrade costs of his weapons shouldn't be that high. She then used the Roll voice to confirm it and confuse Trigger. Maybe she is right.)
