If I were you, I'd buy a Katana and kill, kill, kill...
Actually that might not work. You don't live with anybody else do you?
Bad idea I guess. However its a wonder to see who believes in what, because... Well, I don't want to rant again, but tell me, would you consider a chuchacabra a ghost or a demon?

You wouldn't consider a demon a spirit in any circumstanci? I thought that the chuchacabra took the form of a dog unless it knew it and what ever it wanted to reveal itself to was alone, in which case it could be virtually anything. Are there any good definitions of stuff like this that anybody has heard of?

I dotn think something like the chupucabra needs to take the form of a dog. It practivally moves like the ALIEN.(not your average alien but the one with the huge head and blood of acid) And we shouldnt really try to get TOO off topic. WE could jsut start another topic about para normal shtyuuuufff (WORD OF THE DAY IS SHTYUUUUUFF!! ) Now, BACK ON TOPIC. ......

Well its not exactly like we were having an organized discussion in the first place, and ghosts don't explain themselves, but if there's something else about them to say then let it be said. In other words I'm stumped .

being on a demon would be awesome, especially if only 3 out 80 people survived and I did. Lets see, I would survive, BM 1-3 would survive, and someone else who should of died but narrowly escaped death. Back to topic. Ghosts are native to jamaica... thats on topic?? How would you monitor a ghost like they say they do on TV, they say there patterns of electrons, which would means that ghosts are fake.

They just talk big because they don't want to admit they have not idea about the world to come... Stupid Kaballa Tree, make me look like a fool! ! And if we went on a Demon Hunt I'd probably survive because I'm not about to let some sissy demon that has foot long, razor sharp claws, four feet on me, as well as five hundred pound, and not to mention glowing red eyes, walk around making a fool out of a Level Three knight like me. You'd escape, because you have a Von Bleucher Avatar to your name, and even demons don't want that kind of trouble and then SIMSteven would survive because he turned into a werewolf, or because he has a secret Transformer friend who he drives around in. Now who would kill the demon is the real question. Personally I think it would depend on the demon...

Of course there are ghosts, maybe not ones that can interact with the real world.
There are aliens. MAYBE Loch Ness Monster...
There will be zombies! I know it!
"They're dead, they're all messed up." "When there's no more room in Hell, the dead will walk the Earth."

Har Har, that's not a Zombie... unless your crazy... or stone drunk... in either case a lot of things CAN be zombies, but really they found the root of the myth. If somebody breathes in the extract of puffer fish then they'll go into seeming death, only to come out of it with brain damage thus a zombie. However... alternative zombies have been... supposed... BUT, even then, they're grown, they don't crawl out of hell... the knowledgeable ones know that doesn't work... so do Helliens... the dead ones

Mirrors are evil but even though my sister and my mom keep seeing a face who my mom thinks is her uncle I look at it all the time and see nothing and my sister sees ghosts in her room but he first time she saw A woman in white clothes and she mumbled something and held my sister down with one hand and went to hit her but then there was A bright light and she dissappeared. ______________________________________________________________________________ And now I think the ghosts are coming after me because my bathroom door in the living room where i'm typing this was open just a crack and I heard it opening and I looked over and there was no cat there because the cats for some reason act like dogs and open the bathroom door to drink out of the toilet I caught them alot but anyway there was no cat there so I walked over looked inside no cat inside so I closed the door and right when I whas walking back to my computer the door opend just A crack and I walked over and closed it and I stood there holding it closed and I felt something pushing on it from the inside it was weak at first but it got a little stronger then stopped I really don't know what it was.

There are too many thoeries for ghosts and other "supernatural" creatures, but one things for sure...
... Ghosts are real. If you don't believe me, then you don't believe me, but I have my own reasons. Don't think I'm crazy if you believe you've seen a ghost. Chances are... you have! The stuff on TV is not always true, so don't think they are evil spirits that relive their own death or anything related to that because you just might scare yourself to death. Only time can explain what I said, so don't go looking for answers... you just might find them...
Please... if you think I'm crazy, you don't know me. I don't say anything without a reason and proof. Also, I'm not the kind of person who would believe in this stuff. I just have my own reasons and that's that. (-_-)

I dont really believe in them, I mean its only the memories of a person projected with their imagination onto the environment. Um, where are the memories from? __________________________________________ I believe in ghosts. Because I think about them so much, I can sense somebody walking into a room I am in without looking I was watching this show on ghosts and it really freaked me out. There is like this place full of ghosts... A ghost wrote a message on a wall of a woman's room talking about something... SHIVERS* How can a ghost write? [Warning to all. Do not watch the grudge unless you can handle it...heh heh heh...]

Heh, I’ll start off with Lloyd here. Basically, that’s just your imagination overreacting due to some experience earlier in the day. Otherwise, one would have to conclude that ghosts have it out for people who watch horror movies . Now, that doesn’t mean the supernatural doesn’t exist in some sense, but a lot of what people say on T.V. is just for show, or because they’re weird. Now, there are a whole lot of theories surrounding the paranormal but this is because people used daemons and spirits to explain what their primitive science could not. Sickness? Obviously it was a caused by you swallowing a demon (No, really. That’s what they believed…). A drought? Simply an evil deity or an angry god. By nature we need something to blame, everything must have a reason and cause. When man comes across something he can’t explain, one of three things happens: He either works to find the answer, makes up something that seems logical to him, or just ignores it. More often then not the second includes spirits of some sort. Now, taking that into account, when something happens to you such as your hair standing on end or a chill running down your spine most of the time you’ll either ignore it or blame it on a spirit. When a door or floor board creeks it isn’t a spirit. All of these things have logical explanation. Also, these things almost always happen at night or in a scary place or after watching/reading something scary. It isn’t a ghost, it’s your imagination. If such spirits did exist, they shouldn’t be affected by light and they should be literally everywhere as many, many people have died, and a lot of them died unhappy deaths which is the explanation for ghosts. Either there are a lot of lazy ghosts out there or they just don’t exist. As for explanations, they’re rather quite simple. You see, the peripheral vision of a human is very sensitive when it comes to motion, but not so much when it comes to color or focusing on shapes. In other words, a sudden movement that you see in the corner of your eye may appear as a ghost, especially if you’re already scarred. You’ll swear you saw something, and you did, but it wasn’t a ghost. Also, sounds at 18hz can cause the eye to vibrate and see things that don’t really exist. As for feeling a presence, this also can be attributed to sound, or more specifically infrasound, sounds below the human range of hearing. These sounds can cause an uneasy feeling such as anxiety or dread or the feeling that someone is watching you. Also, the human tendency to exaggerate events also comes into play, as do dreams. Sometimes, the slight movement of an object can be explained by movements of underground water (both natural and that in pipes) or slight movements in the earth that occur at times, especially after it has rained (in fact, a lot of infrasound is caused by water and wind. Funny how ghost sightings also occur near water and wind…). And, of course, creaks are simply caused by the change in temperature. When things get hot during the day they shrink, and when they cool down at night they expand and while doing so make sounds. Of course, the wind can make noises when passing through certain things. I’ve had some strange things happen such as a radio I used to have down here would occasionally turn on and start playing. Come to find out later, my dad always left it on and the volume dial was just messed up. At first I thought it was a ghost, but in truth it wasn’t, but I was too quick to jump to conclusions, allowing my fears to overwhelm my logic. Now, being one who follows a religion I do believe in the supernatural. Not the horned red-skined demons who always have goatees (because what’s more evil than facial hair?). Those things are simply unfounded explanations derived from pagan religions (Pan is, in appearance, similar to the goateed devil of today). Anyways, I believe in angels and demons, and that they can interact with us, but not that they’re responsible for every single good or bad thing that happens. I sort of see demons like in the book of Job. They can tempt and afflict the human body, but they can’t kill, not directly. They aren’t the cause of disease but they are allowed to cause it. Angels can comfort and take on a human appearance, but as their Jewish name, mal’akh (messenger), suggests, they are mainly messengers who do what they are told to do. Religion aside, I don’t believe that the disembodied souls of humans can roam the earth. Once you’re dead you aren’t going to roam the earth and scare people. If you have unfinished business, too bad! No ghosts, geist, gast, brownies*, domovi, daimones, fetches, gui, wraiths, and so on. There is a supernatural, but no ghosties. If ghost were real, there should be ghosts everywhere, not only in dark scary places. Really, if you died would you hang out in an abandoned house? It’s just a combination of the things mentioned above; infrasound, imagination, peripheral vision, exaggeration, wind, and movements of the earth. We’re too quick to decide that an event is attributed to a ghost when the answers are quite simple. In short, we’re unwilling to take the time to find the answer. People who blame things on ghosts are no better than people who blamed sickness on demons. There is an explanation if you’re willing to search for it. And one last thing… since when are mirrors evil? I’m a little lost there… The reflection in the mirror is you, not a doppelganger and not an evil twin. The mirror is also not a portal to another world. Tron’s fear of mirrors seems unfounded to me… *brownies: “Good-natured, invisible brown elves or household goblins who live in farmhouses and other country dwellings in Scotland.” Nothing like a good brownie, eh?
