People took so long to convince me that Roll isn't MegaMan's sister. If Roll isn't MegaMan's sister, then Yuna's designated position as MOTHER makes her an impossibility. Unless we wanna get Oedipal about it, which I must admit might be fitting what with the rest of the System stuff.

That's only her status, that doesn't mean she's a real "Mother."
Geez Pitch, where's your brain? D:

Of course she's not his real mother. Common sense, really, that would be - in fact, wasn't that what I was just saying?
I could get into the mentality of it all, but I'll spare you. Because, regardless of that, Yuna won't die, unless she's killed. That complicates things a bit, don't you think?
I suppose there's not really anything wrong with things getting ... that way between them though. =/ I think we both know that. I always saw Yuna's actions toward Trigger as kinda motherly though.

Nah, I see her more as a person who guides Trigger. But that's just me.

Well then there's still the mortality barrier. I dunno, though, again, I suppose it's not an impossibility for things to happen between them, but if so, I'm going back to believing that Roll's his sister.

Even though they're not related? They may be looked on as Brother and Sister, but the facts say otherwise.
Barrel found Mega Man in the Nino Ruins. Roll was already born and so, since both were very young, they grew up together. Do you think Barrel would've given Mega Man away? Doubtful.
So yeah Pitch, in the sense that they've grown up together their entire lives, they can be looked on as Brother and Sister. But there is nothing that proves that they're related through blood.

I didn't say through blood, genius. That would be flat out stupid. There is the fact that it's mentioned in the games that MegaMan was raised like one of the family, which is exactly what I meant.

So just say that instead of dragging things on, just like now. ><

You're the one who jumped the gun in assuming I actually believed there was some blood relation... Honestly, I don't know where that came from. I was arguing that Yuna was - technically speaking - mother-like when it came to Trigger, just before that, in System status.. Just about anyone who's played Legends 2 would be able to tell you that MegaMan's not Roll's blood relative. Honestly, that was your fault.

It's My fault. Leave it alone before it turns into a flame war.

Actually, you haven't been in on this since you questioned my choice of Yuna over Tron... You have nothing to do with this, and it's no where near a flame war. I'm guessing either you posted in the wrong topic or... well I don't really see another possible explanation.

I always wanted to think of Megaman and Roll unrelated, in the stricter sense, because it seemed to be all the more sweet the way Roll treats him considering she thought he was an orphan.
But when I figured out exactly who and what Megaman was, that sealed the deal. Megaman is the farthest thing from any relation of Roll's, even legally. There would be nothing disgusting or incestual about him marrying her.
Think about David Copperfield. He was treated as part of the Wickfield's family, but there was no gasps of horror when he married her. Megaman will now HAVE to think of Roll as his sister since he doesn't want to ignore her simply for the fact that he is so different. And I think somewhere, he'll discover that he longs to call her something more dear than sister.

I'm going to just ingore that. There's really no substance there. Very well, Blues, transitively you are to blame, but that hardly counts for anything, and even then it's nothing because there's nothing to be blamed for. And you had nothing to do with the goings-on after that. You didn't start anything. If we're going to play that game, the dark chronicler's to blame, because he created this topic.

It's My fault. Leave it alone before it turns into a flame war. {Eyes-Roll} I would not be eyeing Roll, Master Trigger is very protective, I unfortunetly know. Yes, if there is someone to blame for the subject I would be the appropriate one.
