I honestly don't see your point Adrian, explaining how to get a emulator running is perfectly legal. Explaining where to get the bios online is not legal, and dumping your own bios is legal because you own the console. The same for ripping your own disc; explaining how to use it is not a gateway to illegal activity, since they already committed illegal action by obtaining the rom and bios online. you can explain how it works, but if they don't know where to get the bios or the rom, then that's their problem.

This is what ticks me off on some forums (at least those not emulator-specific). No legal lines were crossed, like asking where to get what, or how to rip/dump what. This is a suggestion thread on how to run MoTB with complete (no glitches) compatibility since it is notoriously not completely supported on some (or possibly a lot) of plugin combinations. On the topic of filters and upscaling/sizes, may I interest you with this, Adrran2040? www.racketboy.com/retro/sony/ps1/enhance-ps1-graphics-with-the-best-epsxe-plugin-settingsBack on-topic, I don't think I've tested this game on two other emulators, PCSX or XEBRA (a japanese PSX emulator that I used to tinker with from time-to-time, but has a rather complicated way of setting and starting up the game). But I don't think the appeal of keeping a specific emulator for one game may be a drag for some who wish to make it work ON epsxe.

I might as well risk it by saying the following:
A way to properly convert Misadventures of Tron Bonne into a fully working EBOOT for the PSP has been found already. I don't really know the proper procedures, but I will update you if I find it before anybody else here. What I know is that it works in 3.72 POPS. I hope that helps.

The Misadventures of Tron Bonne (SLUS_00896) works on ePSXe: - Pete's D3D Plug-in v1.76/77 (Just click the 'Nice' button on the bottom) - Eternal SPU Plug-in Lite v1.41
Everything works except an occasional freeze during dialogs and after some of the Servbots gets his specialty 'Painting', the Gustaff's colors get scrambled.
Ages ago when I was messing with emulators, using AdriPSX I was able to run the game flawlessly.
P.S. Piracy is not a crime, sharing is caring ^_^

Do you really, HONESTLY want to start this? This isn't the proper topic and there there are more perspectives to piracy than your quotes from US piracy ads. We could continue this on a topic named 'Piracy' MotB works best on AndriPSX

Piracy is a crime. The only reason I don't really jump on people for talking about emulating MoTB is because it's extremely likely that there are no copies left for Capcom's developers to actually make money off of, and Capcom isn't lifting any fingers to make it more available to the public. It's definitely not legal, and defintely not something I'd condone in a thread like this. If a game's really easy to find, do buy it new.
On the flip side, if the developers are shooting themselves in the foot for not making a game more readily available to the market, and there's literally no other way to get a copy of the game without emulating (see: Mother 3) then that's different. But yeah, this isn't the topic for that (it belongs in the debate section).
