Hello everyone! As you can see, my name is tutsyroll! but if you think it's a bit long, just call me "tuts" Don't get fooled by my Avatar. I'm male and I just like Lisbeth a lot haha ^__^ I have played both Megaman Legends 1 and 2 on the PlayStation 1 when I was about 10 and ever since, I have become a fan of it. I wanted to learn more about the series so I joined this forum. I am a beginner game developer and I'm using Unity3d. I was a part of the development of the well known Pokemon Generations (which was now cancelled) as a 3d modeller. Due to its cancellation, my brother and I decided to study how Unity3d works and create a MML fan game which is now on its early stage (website: mmlfangame.webs.com). Any Megaman Legends fan would want the Legends series to continue and I'm one of them. I hope I make a lot of friends and learn a lot of things about Megaman Legends! Some people may think it's the worse Megaman game created, but for me it's the best!

Heya, Tutsi-Pop, welcome to die MMLS! For starters, we're gonna' have to hook you up with the mandatory paperwork. (Un)lucky for you, 3D modellers get an extra stack to sign! Ain't life grand? I've actually juuuuust looked at the screenshots for your fan-game right now, and I gotta' admit, it looks promising. If you're up to it, a thread in Original Games & Game Design would be the best testing facility for feedback and its ilk in a MMLS environment. Plus, we like the extra activity, but that's another discussion for another post. All in all, I'm hoping you have a great and fulfilling time here. Just make sure you stick around, y'know? ...Wait. Game developer, Unity 3D, MML fan-project, two brothers. Oh... no.

I know developing a game is going to be hard xD I will not post it on the Original Games yet. Maybe when the game's a little stable, then we'll post it. What's up with 2 brothers and game developing? ^__^

Welcome to MMLS! I will leave you to your paperwork, then. Make sure not to confuse the lavender pen with the orchid pen. That trips up a lot of beginners and I'm tired of scraping their innards off the sides of the office.
It wouldn't be the first time we've had two brothers making a Legends fangame, that's what's up with that. A good 70% of the finished things on SPA were created by two brothers, too. Must be that whole "We grew up together so we can't bail on each other or we'd look like huge jerks" thing. Not a bad thing, mind you. Have you played the other stuff on SPA yet?

Howdy Tutsy, and welcome to MMLS. By any chance, is the Hershey's Kiss too far behind you? I'm a local Pokemon and Legends person, so I think we'll get along just swimmingly. I'll be glad to test-drive any demos you end up creating. I wish you the best of luck, and a great stay at MMLS. (You'll discover colored pens in names that you didn't even know existed here too!)

Hello there! It's nice to have more people around, especially game developers. Also I'm more of a Shino fan but that's just me. (We are talking about what I'm thinking right?)
Ah, you are lucky to have a brother who you can work with. I am sure that I would get along with my sister a little better if we worked on same projects and things. Sadly she has no interest on the things I have interest... eh. I guess the 10-year difference hinders that a lot.

Welcome Tuts, it's nice to have more game developers/3d modellers around; unfortunately, your website's link seems to be broken...
Enjoy your stay on MMLS

Sadly she has no interest on the things I have interest... eh. I guess the 10-year difference hinders that a lot. Age is irrelevant. My brother and I are actually nine years apart, but I'm sure we'd be able to work together very well if he had an ounce of creativity in his noggin. Alas, he's relegated to testing, voiceover, and slave labor.

Hi Tuts (and presumably Tutsbro) to the Megaman Legends Station, where everything is powered by imagination, but currently running on a creativity deficit because Dashe forgot to pay the electric bill. Or something. You guys are definitely not the first brothers duo to attempt MML fangames. Aside from the obvious fAB and Blyka making most of Sky Pirate Arcade and are currently working on Tuttle's Little Five-Island Adventure Legendary Travels, there's also JMC47 and Notmyname who started MMLEx so many years ago. There's other siblings who have collaborated on MML-related things, but the above are the obvious ones for fangames. As for the paperwork, you have an advantage - you have a sibling. Typically what we see happen with pairs of members who register together is that the one who becomes more active enslaves the less-active one strictly for the purposes of completing the paperwork. Your new soulless desk job. I'm sure you'll fit in just fine here! It's always a little uncomfortable the first few days, but once you get into the rhythm of things, it will still be uncomfortable but at least you'll know why you'll find it difficult to leave. Good luck, and welcome!

Welcome friend! I have just finished looking at your game (that is after my greedy anti-virus stole away the .exe again) and really hope you continue working on it because it's looking good so far. Also more GOOD NEWS! I found the rest of the paperwork, it really doesn't take that long. I think forms 50,950,800 through 57,430,600 can be thrown out though. Here ya go! (There are still 10 more aircraft carriers on their way with the rest)

Ten aircraft carriers? I remember way back when it was only five dump trucks. I blame the economy from this dramatic change in form distribution. Hopefully they have the funds for ink refills, there has yet to be a newcomer who was able to complete the entire stack with the single cartridges that come with their pens. Or complete it within less than eight months' time. Unless the average amount of time it takes a member to finish the forms has also changed. By the sounds of things, though, there's no doubt that is has.

And people wonder why we have so few newcomers... As I remembered it was merely half a dozen of forklifts, personally driven by the moderators and admins no less ( can't make heads or tails as to who was because I couldn't see their heads)
But back on topic, I also took a look trough the game and.. well it looks like you have got it pretty much well done! Uh.. ignoring certain things but this is a v0.1 after all. Still, I am admired at the flow of movements. Pats to the back.

I actually noticed the link was broken, but I ended up mindlessly fixing it in my address bar like a zombie and completely forgot to address it in the thread.
Be very afraid, Tutsy. That cubicle has your name on it.
