Don't forget to download the Ambassador Certificate and to download the NES Games' update for multiplayer which will be up the day they are open to the public.

Yay! I can't wait to get my games!
I especially want Yoshi. I have many fond memories of that puzzler.

That was one huge pricedrop. So big, I might actually consider getting a 3ds. Maybe. =p

I spent a little time playing some old NES games last night once I'd downloaded everything. But then I realized I had just bought 5 novels and I'd been waiting for years to read Bram Stoker.

I completely forgot how much I freakin love Donkey Kong Jr. Anyway, reading the Ambassador's certificate makes me think that they might have more in store for us besides the 20 games, so I can't wait to see what's next.

I'm pretty sure the certificate is only to tell us via SpotPass when the GBA games and the updates for the NES games will be available.

I'm pretty sure the certificate is only to tell us via SpotPass when the GBA games and the updates for the NES games will be available. This. They were able to send out SpotPass notifications to the Ambassadors before the price drop because everyone was an Ambassador before the price drop. Now they can send out SpotPass notifications exclusively to Ambassadors by sending notifications for the Ambassador Certificate. It's pretty clever of Nintendo. I just wish the file didn't have to be so huge. It takes up the space of nearly five of the NES games. (145 blocks vs. 30-33 blocks) Then again, unless I don't understand what a "block" is (128 KB), that's still only 18 1⁄ 8 MB. Makes me wonder why it took so long for me to download it.

We don't really have a 3DS topic, but I guess I can use this thread to notify you guys that the new firmware update is now available if you do not know already.
