You're just playing as the OC? Meh. I was really hoping you'd take Trigger, we probably need him more. Oh well.

Sadly, I have bills, Halo Reach, and this RP to juggle.
If not for those first two, I could do all the characters in one post.
Mind me: I not once but several times managed effectively 20+ characters in an RP about 8 years ago, and my skills, be they rusty, have not diminished. Also do mind the site this said 20+ run was on had terminal failure and was scrapped, sadly, that, plus an eight-year time diff, means trust is the only thing backing me.
I could do Trigger, but the RP would advance slowly due to my newfound interest in Halo:Reach if I took him.
I'd rather it be unanimous on how fast the RP goes: Slow or Quick - which do you guys prefer?

I'd rather it be unanimous on how fast the RP goes: Slow or Quick - which do you guys prefer? Quickly. I'd like to finish, and the faster the pacing, the more likely it is to reach a state of completion.

Then I can't do Trigger. Managing my OC in a fast-paced RP*[/], paying bills and trying to deck out my spartan in HR would take up all my time.
(Heck I wouldn't have much left for my DA Account.)
* - In an RP is one thing, but a Quick RP is another. I may have to start him off in his home island of Derix to compensate.

If it's gotta be unanimous, we'd better wait for the other guys to voice their opinions.
I'm not entirely sure why you'd rather play an OC than the main guy, though, especially with so many OC-mandatory RPs around. I don't understand the allure of them.

Well...even though that'd require Location-Removal of Derix...Atsuma's Homeisland...
I can do that.
Though I'll have you know...I'm a bit of casual Trigger.
Will update Tomorow, got to head out for needy supplies.

Casual Trigger's better than no Trigger at all, especially since you initially said that he and Roll are both integral to the plot. I've always thought it more impressive when people put their own spin on existing characters anyway.
And just because Atsuma isn't in the game as a main character doesn't mean you necessarily have to axe his home island. He isn't the only person on it, is he?

(Back from grocery-run, but now I need to sign off after this post, update will come tomorrow, most likely late-night)
To answer you Miss Dashe...No he's not, but the plot device it held/holds revolved around him slightly, it'd take some time...but I can rework that Plot device so that Trigger can fit in it.
---The general idea behind Atsuma being the key to that particular plot device was that Atsuma knows his home as if it were part of himself...a simple dungeon run, like those on KTOX, and trigger could be the same.
(Side note, but, I'm really wanting to play MML1 again.)

I'd be Tron for you, but I'm not sure...

Go for it, Chao! It's fine if it's not exact. Even on Broadway, when they switch actors, the new actors always try to put their own spin on their role instead of awkwardly trying to match up with their predecessor. It keeps things interesting.

(Hopefully my network wont seize up again...)
Sorry about the delay in w/e guys, I've been having some...odd...pc problems
(My current machine is over 10 years old, so I'm sure that's the source.)
If Dashe wants you to be Tron, by all means I'm for it...
Also another note-worthy update: Another problem I've been having with my comp is it wont let me access my saved file on the opener so I'm having to re-write it on pen&paper. This means I may not make my Friday-deadline, but I'll TRY MY HARDEST TO BE READY THEN.

Dashe, I think you just got rid of my writers' block. OK, I'll be Tron. It could be interesting. Of course, I'll still feel guilty for filling the spot up... Ah, who cares? ^_^

Oaky major update: Dashe - the PM, I couldn't reply in time due to my comp having a crash festival. I apologize. Chao - Tron Given, I had, via afforementioned PM, offered to Dashe, but she encouraged you have it, so I'll accpet it as is.
Story status: I've slightly modfied the first post of this OOC thread, may wanna take a look.
Start Post status: Half-written/typed, this time, saved via an email draft (and not my crap-puter) and good news: it will be done in-time.
Update: As Dashe said, I myself will be doing a "spin" on Trigger, he'll be more laid back and 'casual-ish'. Let me know if I go any bit too far with that and I'll fix any areas needed.

I'm good with what ever speed you guys want, but I was thinking about my role as Bluecher. I know you want to keep the plot tight so I'll ask you about this. Will Bluecher be in the Sulpherbottom? Will he have guards? Will he be involved in the fight?

Sulpher - I will leave that up to you Loken. Guards - Yes he can have them, they aren't necessary though. Will he be involved in the fight: If you want him to, by all means involve him it'll speed things up.
As you see the only restrictions I'm applying is where, geographically, they start off.
