Hey everyone, the big moment is here! I must confess I feel a bit nervous and I'm not sure why... I don't recall such a feeling on any of Legends Station's previous version launches, but then it has been a long time so maybe I've just forgotten.
Anyhow, seemed like a big enough deal that I ought to start a thread for feedback, discussion, etc., no? I'd love to hear what you all think of the new site, provided it isn't too damning. o.o;;;
Some images may be broken around the forums, and I'm planning on making minor adjustments to the styles. I'll try to weed these issues out tomorrow. New styles will come eventually, of course.

Site is very... different-looking. And certainly uh, wider looking. It's going to take awhile to adjust to.
And it's going to take awhile to adjust to the forum's slightly new look too, which I find to be distracting personally, but I guess I'll have to adjust to that as well.
But well, other than that, I guess that's it. The site's content really isn't that different, so I can only give feedback on the new appearance, really.

Everything's awesome! I'm really liking the look of System, and all of them for that matter. The slight overlap... it makes looking at it much more appealing and easier to navigate. Awesome job fAB, I can't wait till the forums can look more like the System theme.

Hey, not bad. It's not quite the big change I was expecting, but the new layout looks great. And familiarity's always nice, besides. It looks very clean and polished. And no more sickeningly deep blues; always a plus. I love MegaMan Legends 3's page, even though there's nothing apparently on there. I'm not crazy about the Reaverbot theme, but I'm digging this System theme, though. Shoot, if the forums get updated in a similar fashion, I may finally leave the comfort and safety of V3... :37: (Although, I do rather like the V3 theme on the new layout...) I notice you finished (?) the V4 image too. (Maybe you did that a while ago and I missed it, but I kind of doubt that...) I was never crazy about that image, but I've got to say it looks pretty neat.

fab...this is so sweet! ;D I love the new overall looks/themes; very sophisticated, eye-catching, and easy-to-navigate. The restructuring of the main game's categories does not escape my notice as well. Various notes on certain pages: - General: When the theme is set to the 'Legends Station building' style, the top bar is very reminiscent of Calbania with its rolling hills and close proximity to the sea. Very...relaxing.
- 'RMD: To Save the Planet' Character&Machines' page
[/b]: Feldepordo made it to the main site! Sorry, just had to comment on that bit. [/li][li] 'The Misadventures of Tron Bonne' Development' page[/b]: In addition to those screenshots, there was this Promotional Reel dug up by Protodude that contains footage of an earlier version of the game. Protodude notes that there are quite a few differences between the version displayed and the final product. [/li][li] 'Side Games: Marvel Vs. Capcom series' page: A minor note, but were new screenshots added here? I can't seem to recall this one being on the main site before...which is interesting, because if you look closely you can see Tron's teddy bear from MoTB slightly to the left of the fallen Gustaff. [/li][li] 'A Breif Introduction to Mega Man Legends' page: This will be useful, but is it only linked to from the Site Map? : o [/li][/ul] ...And that's all so far. Excellent, excellent work fab! There's no way to put just how mindblowing the update and all its effects are. :13:

@dr. Jerk All changes for the better I hope. Sometimes things definitely take some getting used to though, I'll admit. And yes, most of the content has only been changed in minor ways. Such is the way of things, countless changes bound to go unnoticed. MikéyYeah, I think I'll style hop from time to time but I'll probably end up on System a lot. Turned out even better than expected, IMHO. And the overlap, glad you mentioned it. You wouldn't believe how many different things I tried with that home page navigation setup before I finally came up with and and thought, "Ah, so simple but effective." @pitch Leave behind the comfort and safety of V3? My, my, I consider that very high praise, thank you! And I didn't finish the artwork actually, just the setting. Needs some airships and boats--actual "Legends" imagery. The banner for the regular pages is empty as well. All V4 and V5 artwork in fact, home pages and banners alike, are far from finished, but I didn't consider that valid grounds to delay the rest of the site. BluesMain games categories, yes indeed. Good of you to notice. I suppose that banner is rather relaxing, though as I mentioned above it's going to fill in quite a bit before I'm through with it. Thanks for the tip on the MOTB development. Hadn't seen that video before, obviously. MVC2 screens were redone from scratch, so yeah, 'twasn't there before. The series intro is also linked to from the home page message. AvegodroThanks very much! The positive comments are helping me feel less anxious about the whole thing.

Did a lot of clicking through, trying to catch as many enhancements as I could. There's a lot of good stuff there. One thing I went to check right away was if you'd put Bola's battle theme back, and you did! Nailed it! I like the extra data added to the game pages as well. Though I feel like pointing out Johnny's ship isn't actually called "Frying Pan", it's Skovorod, Russian for "frying pan". Other than that everything's great.

Noticed that ProBoards *ahem* HappyBoards... (shudder) has put up a notice detailing that they're naming their name.
...Well...
And I have no idea how to get rid of the notice either.

I agree with Pitch, fAB, v5-System is best skin MMLS has after v3-Sterile...very classy look to it. v5-Reaverbot is by no means shabby either. As another staunch pro-v3 user, congrats on quite-nearly duplicating your success. 2 new skins, and your quickmap is now updated too, with placeholder links for MML3...which means that the new version of my project is already obsolete before it's released! fffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu~~~ Eh, I've been wanting an excuse to rewrite the QM code...Noticed that ProBoards *ahem* HappyBoards... (shudder) has put up a notice detailing that they're naming their name. ...Well... And I have no idea how to get rid of the notice either. Don't worry, it'll disappear once they've finished the transition to the new domain. You might want to change your bookmarks once that occurs; logically the new URL would be mmls.happyboards.com/

I love the new themes, fAB, though, I do have a question.
Can we get the Geetz/Gattz image for V5's System variant as a wallpaper?
...don't know why I said logo there...

RaijinYeah, Bola's battle and the Midosu intro had somehow gotten lost over the years. They were in the folder with the rest of the music but nothing was linking to them. Thanks for pointing out that Skovorod error. I'd had it in mind for years that it was actually called Frying Pan. @.@ @chiz More high praise from a stubborn V3 user? Gracious! Many thanks for making the Site Map edits so quickly! @fatman I'm flattered. I do plan to make V4 and both V5's logos (big printable ones) and home page artwork (wallpaper sized) downloadable from the site once they're all good to go. That's probably gonna take a while though, so I'll try to just get Geetz and Gatz as they are now uploaded for you soon. @truner Many thanks! Like a fine wine, MMLS gets better with age. XD Dashe*tosses a pie* APRIL FOOLS! Oh wait, that won't stop it from... hitting... oops. >.o So, Chiz has Emotikobun and the Site Map up to snuff now and I've been to each style making minor adjustments, mostly on V4 but also putting up new matching images where Proboards has gotten ahead of me, "Share" and the like. With that, I daresay it's time for a substantial break from MMLS. I have lots I want to do, and if I'm feeling Legendsy I'll give The Main Gate some action.

@ Doctor K: Um, can't you change the forum skin you're using in your profile page? : o @fab: That 'notice' comment was meant to evoke the writing style of Mlt, but I guess it fell flat hard. Ah, well. Darn you, mltmlt22, and your distinctive yet totally un-imitatable styyyyyle! *shakes fist* And as for the break... do what you must. We'll? I'll support the site and forums as best I can in the meantime. *salute*

The info pages for the games looks spiffy as well. I must revel in the awesomeness!! *rolls around* :24: (for lack of happy spinning Kobun)
