(Harins? I'm pretty sure it's 'Harin'... but he was cut off by several (being about 5 to 6) Harins falling from the ceiling. (( Could be. I was never the best when it came to deciphering plural forms of words, but ehh… I’m marking plural form as italics. )) One down, a few to go. thought Mikey. Although Avegodro took one down with ease ((hell yeah, nukes ftw?)), there were still four more. Where they had spawned from is a pure mystery, but the Harin had no influence on the gravity, for they could choose ceiling or ground for their attacks. Upon seeing one of their comrades blown up so easily, the rest of them returned to the ceiling where shots would take longer to reach, yet their movement would not be hampered at all, thus giving them the advantage in the assault. (With Mikey’s group never having fired a shot.) “Time to go,” suggested Mikey, nearly swiping Charm off of his feet as he headed for the door to the next room, with Anima and REI in hot pursuit. Mikey stood in the doorway glancing back to see whether Fatman, Loken, or Avegodro would follow. Although Mikey knew his rifle couldn’t hope to do any major damage, he did know that he could draw the Harin’s attention off of the rest of the citizens. “Mikey! There’s Sharukarusus in that next room… three of them, it seems like!” alerted REI. Sure enough, out of the corner of his eye, Mikey could see the Sharukarusus in the doorway, but they have not yet noticed the group, and continued to stomp around the room like idiots. “On it.” stated Anima, Apples in both of her hands, guarding the doorway from the still-clueless Sharukarusus. “Yes, Mistress Anima!” declared Charm, raising the buster. Now we just hope that either that Gustaff can save all three of those guys still with the Harin, or they choose to run towards the doorway while I try to confuse the bots… thought Mikey, groaning a little. He quickly aimed up at a random Harin and fired, a seemingly small explosion appearing on it, signaling success with almost-instant contact. Why did the Harin have to be constructed out of perfect materials from a perfect world? thought Mikey, as the Harin began to lose its grip and fall, apparently stunned from the blast force of the rifle, but not really damaged.

Fatman slashed at the Harin targeting him with the Firebreaker. Luckily, his Gustaff was well-armored; Ave's miniature tactical nuke was powerful alright, but the radiation wasn't enough to dent the Gustaff's Base Plating armor.
The Harin Fatman had attacked was cut in two quite easily, and dies with a rather anti-climactic set of small explosions. "Why does every Reaverbot explode?" He asked through the intercom. "Why can't they just fall over, short-circuit, and fall apart? Who designed their self-destruct systems so well? And why the hell am I bantering like this when we've got a fight to take care of?!?"
He grabbed Loken and Ave by the collars of their shirts and ran, following Mikey.

Avegodro was searching for his next victim when the mech suddenly grabbed him by the collar and began running after the others. This made him wonder if his armors stealth function was on the fritz. He pushed aside his thoughts as the mech dropped him and the other digger. His hud showed three red arrows on the radar. Things were getting too dicey so he entered the doorway letting loose two mini nukes. "Only two nukes left." he muttered. Avegodro shot off a quick distress meassage to any of the admins & mods as a Karumuna Bash came charing in through a connecting hallway. He decided that it was time to switch weapons.

"Oh no, not again!" Dashe whined as her transmitter went off in the middle of her lecture. She pulled it out of its holster. "Distress signal from user: Avegodro, reasoning: Reaverbot attack...what do I look like, a flipping Digger!?" She sent a signal for five CokeBots to rush to the scene, shut the infernal machine off and put it back in its spot. "What do these kids expect me to do, ban all the Reaverbots? Those ruins aren't even on city grounds! I doubt it would do any..." She cut off her monologue short as she realized she was still lecturing JoeyLikesUnicorns.
"Never mind." She stopped herself before she accidentally hurt anyone, much less anyone new to the place. "If you run out of ink just sub in any color. I don't give a damn anymore."
With that, she did an about-face and stormed...right into a blonde girl in an absolutely atrocious dress. She'd never seen this user before in her life.
"I'm not in the mood to welcome people to the community right now." She blatantly blew the new girl off and stormed out the door. If she was lucky, she might catch the end of Kurt's repetitive histrionics and actually make it in time to see the rest of the show. "Whatever it is, talk to me when I'm not infuriated with the regulars."
"Nice to meet you, too!" Zero called after her in his girly voice. Once she was gone, he whispered to Bass, "Nice going, Joey. You almost got yourself banned there, buddy."
"Not my fault." Bass grumbled. "It was the stupid forms and the stupid pens. It's their fault they make the bureaucracy so damn confusing."
Zero figured he might not even have to frame Bass at this rate to get the place all to himself in the end. Still, outing Bass as a traitor to the admin would most definitely earn him a nice place on Dashe's good list. "We'll have to catch her when she isn't so mad." He reasoned. "Finish filling out your forms and meet me in the Misadventures of Tron Bonne building when you're done."
"Right." Bass halfheartedly mumbled as he jotted his favorite brand of footwear down on cyan form GH32-71V 1/2.

The Gustaff gripped its Firebreaker sword tightly when it dropped Ave and Loken. Fatman studied his options again, and quickly remembered his Search Cannon was still installed as his Buster-type weapon. He checked it, and indeed it was still equipped with the same Buster parts as ever. In addition, he had onboard access to one Variable Weapons System-class Buster weapon: The Chameleon Sting.
Fatman smiled as he remembered just how he got the Chameleon Sting copy chip. The poker games in Capcom-Earth's Maverick Hunter HQ were always interesting, especially when Arcadia's Zero got drunk and started ranting about the Zero series and how he had 'booblights, not panties'. It was almost as hilarious to see as a Transformers G1 fan ranting about Beast Wars.
Fatman opened the cockpit of the Gustaff quietly, and whispered to Mikey:
"Hey, I got an idea. I'm gonna sneak into the next room with my Gustaff's Chameleon Sting charged up, and use its charged shot as a makeshift Chameleon Net, maybe I can backstab one of those Sharukurusu."

"A-hah! AHH!!!" As soon as Ally turned the corner to face the escapee Sharukurusu, she was soon met by not only it, but a whole room full of Pocommi.
"Oh sh....." Skye silently cursed to herself. "This is not good...."
"P-p-p-p-p-poco...." Sora stuttered abit, obviously talking to the large group. "P-poco? Poco-poco, poco poco. Poc-co?"
"POCOOO!!!!!!!" One of the Pocommi, possibly the group leader, shouted, and the whole group started throwing a barrage of bombs at the two and Sora.
"NOT COOL!" Skye shouted, holding the Gorubesu sheild up in front of her, Ally and Sora hiding behind her.
"The darned reaver led us to a trap!" Ally said, obviously annoyed.
"Yeah?" Skye peeked from behind her shield, seeing the sharukurusu charge at them. "You sure the Pocommi aren't a distraction?!"

Avegodro quickley switched to his current melee weapon, Leviathan's Frost Javalin. Sure it was ancient and from Neo Arcadia but it was reliable and powerful. The Karumuna Bash made a beeline towards Avegodro when the sounds of a charge shot rang through the room. Avegodro became slightly confused as to why the reavers we now trying to find them. But he decided that the questions could wait and lunged and the reaver hitting it square on the head, sending ice shards and the reaver flying. Avegodro charged up with the Javalin raised above his head and delived the finishing blow to the bot. He looked up and noticed the others had taken care of the remaining reavers. "So my fellow diggers what brings you all down into the ruins today?" he said while sending a message to cancel any needed help.

Indeed, Fatman had started his plan. His Search Cannon had fired off the initial shot to allow for a charge--that was the charged shot noise Ave heard--and The Gustaff was in Chameleon Net mode as it passed Anima and Charm, maneuvering near the Sharukurusu with delicate steps.
And about this time Fatman remembered that the Chameleon Sting's Charged Shot didn't make you invisible, because he did get spotted by one of the Sharukurusu. Which led to all three of them bum-rushing him as he ran into the furthest corner from the door...
*ting ting ting*
Yes, Fatman remembered that the Chameleon Sting didn't make you invisible. But it DID make you invincible, and that was suitable enough to play the distraction for everyone... if they decided to enter and assist by attacking the now-distracted Sharukurusu trio.

Throughout the chaos of battle; Mikey, Charm, Anima, and REI had disappeared further into the ruins to continue the investigation, as the reaverbots left were lesser in power. Mikey had been mapping out the area in his head, and it seemed to be a bit like a 5x6 rectangle, and the next room led back to the entrance. In the last room, there appeared to be four consoles. The first one obviously unlocked the door back into the lobby, so Mikey activated that one first.
“Hmm… I wonder what these other three do.” wondered Mikey, activating the first switch.
“Check the sapphire in the entrance hall and see if there’s any movement. REI might be able to help you detect changes, so Charm can stay in here with me,” replied Anima, stretching a little.
“All right, time for some prospecting!” Mikey was a little fond of these types of puzzles. He went through the door back into the entrance hall, and nothing looked very different, although some peculiar energy appeared to be coming from the point.
“Is that… light? I don’t know what I’d call it… Maybe a light that’s the same color as the room?” inquired Mikey, squinting a little.
“Perhaps. We should examine the giant sapphire to see if the cuts look any different.” stated REI.
“Right.” replied Mikey, walking up the small flight of stairs to look at the sapphire. Interestingly enough, the cuts inside were glowing a light blue, easily distinguishable from the dark-blue around them. They made the shape of… letters? Runes? It was hard to tell… REI scanned the cuts while Mikey squinted at them.
“H…I…D…D…E…N……W…I…T…H…E…N……T…H…E……W…A…L…L… …I…S……T…H…E……W…A…Y……F…O…R…W…A…R…D….” REI said.
“Hidden within the wall is the way forward… Intriguing.” repeated Mikey, taking another look at the cut letters within the sapphire. The font was pretty indecipherable.
“I’ll tell Miss Anima to activate the next console. Perhaps the point will bring forth another form of energy.” replied REI, floating back through the door. There seemed to have been a bit of argument from the other side, as Mikey caught a bit of what was being said, but Mikey was distracted. He was roaming around the room, scraping his hand along the wall, which was smooth. It was interesting, the wall in the lobby was actually cyan, as if to resemble snow, while the rest of the ruins were in the bleak grey color. Interestingly enough, the room faded slowly from Cyan to Lime Green, and Mikey took a quick peek outside. All of the snow had melted, and there was a dirt path leading away from the ruins towards the city, before the blue tile replaced the dirt. On either side of the path, there was grass, which was hardly noticeable before due to the heavy snow. There were a couple sand pits here and there as well, and a bit of mud from the snow. Acceptable as a spring setting, instead of a winter setting.
“Interesting… the ruins’ walls change color according to the season?” Mikey muttered aloud. He ducked back inside the lobby, and REI was still nowhere to be seen.
“Hidden within the wall is the way forward.” Mikey said to himself again. Something appeared to hum nearby, and Mikey saw a yellow door appear in the wall, off to the side next to the small staircase.
“A translucent yellow door? Why couldn’t we see it before…?” Mikey’s mind was racing. The very first idea that came to his mind were the fact that his eyes were blue, the door was yellow, so blue and yellow make up the lime-green coloring of the room? Charm had no iris in his eyes, Anima’s eyes were red, and REI had sensors instead of eyes. Could none of them see it…? Hidden within the wall is the way forward… embedded into a sapphire.

Fatman had kept himself busy taking the three Sharukurusu down. He had used the Chameleon Net to his advantage and destroyed two of the Sharukurusu before he was made vulnerable again; he had equipped his Hyper Shell again and destroyed the third with a couple shots from it. With the room now cleared of Reaverbots, he took the liberty of switching his Splitter Laser out for an alternate weapon from his arsenal.
The wireless access relays inside the Gustaff Mk. II switched on, and with a variable hum, he got... two bars of a signal. "...Hm. Not too good, but it'll do. Let's see..."
"No, don't want Magna Crusher, that'd short-circuit any other Digger's electronic equipment. No, don't want Tera Drill, the Firebreaker's good enough for now... Ah, here we go, Itano Cluster."
Itano Cluster selected - Switch will take seven minutes
"Okay, good."
Input Password for D.A.A.S. System
"Voice Authorization Charles Swanson, access code 2-2-4-7-5, verification code: Durandal."
Password accepted, switching weapons
The switching would take a while, so in the meantime Fatman got out of the Gustaff to take a look at what damage he had sustained. Despite his best efforts, the chest armor had been dinged in a few places by the Sharukurusu's arm-hand-drill-blade-things. The Anti-Beam Poncho had suffered a few tears, but they were nothing that couldn't be quickly sewn up and patched over. And the most gratifying thing was that despite the dings, there wasn't a single scratch on the paint.
Fatman took that last bit as a good sign. He waited for any other Diggers to make their way into the room.

Avegodro then realized that only him and the mecha pilot were there. "Where did they go off to?" he muttered under his breath. He then heard the distinct ticking of his geiger counter as it picked up a small radioactive source. He followed it back to the doorway and discovered that the injured digger was the source. "Hail!" he yelled.

"Spring already?" Dashe said to herself en route to the Administration Tower. Sure enough, right in the middle of her transit, the snow melted almost instantly. "That was sudden."
Zero, meanwhile, made it into the Misadventures of Tron Bonne building before the seasonal switch could happen. There weren't very many people hanging around. Thankfully, most of the active members had run off to the ruins, which made it much easier for Bass and himself to carry out their master plan. He wandered past the terminals and into the break room, where he served himself a relaxing cup of tea. Might as well savor the moment while he had the chance.
Bass finally submitted his forms and left the registration building only to find he'd been filling out forms for so long that the snow had melted and flowers were even beginning to bloom. "Damn, no wonder so many people post introductions here and nothing else. They're probably still filling out the paperwork." He cracked his back joints and stretched for a moment just in case he'd corroded during the registration process. "Ah well, better go find Ze...er...Jennifer. She said she'd be in the...uh...the...dammit..." He muttered under his breath when he realized he couldn't remember where Zero would be waiting for him. Since it was spring already, he must have kept him waiting a long time. He did remember that he was supposed to be in a building, and the little common sense he had told him that it wasn't going to be a very popular one.
And with that, JoeyLikesUnicorns embarked on a grand quest to find his lost sister!

Laharl looked up to see the weird boy in the Spongebob shirt running out of the building after finishing the paperwork. Sure enough, Giygas had finished the digital forms as well, and they were good as registered for a domicile on the premises. They headed out to see the spring weather, and were promptly stunned. "How long have we been in there?" The Overlord asked. "It's like we've spent months just getting settled in!" Giygas shrugged. "Who knows? All I know is, we've got keys to our new place. First-floor house on the edge of the Housing Network nearest the Legends 2/Legends 3 border." He held up the keys to the flat; They had been custom-made, a special ordered combination keycard/Core Drill lock system. The keycards bore the Legends Station logo on a silver background, like this: Each of the three recieved their own keycard at the charge of 25 Zenny, and they used it to get into the house. It was a nice affair, a two-story building with four bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, a basement, and even a garage next door for storing Fatman's Gustaff and his car. Isis took Fatman's Keycard from Giygas. "I'll go find our glorious leader, so don't worry!" She said, running off towards the Legends 3 tower while Giygas and Laharl got settled into the house.

As soon as the words left his mouth the alarm for his weapons catche was ringing in his ears. "Have fun guys!" as he ran as fast as possible towards the exit. As he dodged past the reaverbots attacks he wondered how anyone could have found it. It was buried in a snow drift just outside the city. Avegodro was hoping that is wasn't a admin or mod who had discovered it or he was going to have much explaining to do.

Bass's wanderings took him to the edge of town, past the city gates. He knew he had to be getting off-track when he passed three of the new members he'd seen in the Registration building checking out their new living quarters. He briefly considered checking the house number on the card key in his own pocket, but decided against it for the moment. He doubted he'd be sticking around very long after he trashed the place and split.
Then he saw something shiny in the sunlight about twenty meters ahead, slightly to the left. He abandoned his thoughts and dashed over to check out what had been left on the ground...it looked like...
Weapons!?! What a lucky break! This is the best thing that's happened to me all day! Bass grinned to himself. Along with a couple of legal digging tools that only vaguely interested him, he spotted what looked like a couple of compact, chubby little missiles and a highly complex suit of armor that appeared as though it could do some serious damage. "Man, Jen-Jen is going to be livid when she finds out I kept this all for myself later!" He chuckled to himself as he put the nukes in his backpack.
Then, quite some distance away, he noticed a guy he'd never met before bolt out of the ruin as if his shoes were on fire and come barreling straight towards him. Shit, it's the guy who owns this stuff! Bass realized. He tried to get into the armor so he could run off with it, but figuring out how to put it on was going to be a tall order in itself.
