"GreenPo- Actually, screw it. Just use Kyle. I've got this nagging feeling that the other username would lead to some sort of trouble in the near future," he commanded whilst turning back to Dashe.
"Just how many of these things are there? And why did you have to make their paint-job look similar to that of a Red Shirt? It's doesn't exactly guarantee the well-being and safety of them."

Before Dashe could ask what a Red Shirt was, the Cokebot flatly stated, "Username confirmed. Welcome to the Mega Man Legends Station City. Please take your registration forms from the feed to your immediate left." It nudged a bundle of ballpoint pens of various colors across the counter.
Nothing could prepare the new kid for the sheer amount of forms that flew out through the slot in what GreenPow Kyle and everyone else tended to mistake for a CPU tower on the first go.

"No problem. I used to work part-time for a solicitor, so this should be a breeze," Kyle confidently said, taking a pile of forms over to a nearby table. He then began to work his way through them at an alarming rate; speaking aloud with each page signed. "Uh-huh. Yep. I'll agree with that. Eh, I'll go with it. Fine. Not really my strong suit , but I'll do it. Okay. Done!"
Afterwards, he passed the forms back over to #00098. "There. I hope everything is in order now."

Suddenly, Kyle found himself being showered with confetti! "Congratulations!" The Cokebot monotonously cheered from behind the desk. "You are officially the first human registrant to complete his or her registration forms in under five minutes! Your prize is waiting for you in the sub-basement of the Rules and Introductions building! Please follow me through the Staff Only door."
"...Sub-basement?" Dashe wondered out loud, trying to rack her brain for which buildings had basements that far down. She was pretty sure Rules and Introductions wasn't one of them.

Instead of checking out the army of hypnotized cokebots like he suggested, the group Zado was talking to completely ignored him and left. He would of probably been really angry with them if he actually liked being listened to. With nothing else to do, he headed back cautiously to the hypnotized cokebot army-only to find that they had all been shut down and Ezo was sitting his mech playing a 3DS, that new game system Zado had heard about and was very intrigued by it because of his "place" of origin. But the point was that the cokebot army was no longer a threat. He walked up to Ezo, but before Zado could say anything, Ezo complained, "Where have you been!? Mario Kart 7 can get pretty frustrating if you play it too long, you know..." Zado just smiled with a guilty look. "Um...I think I saw Chaotic Chao earlier..." Zado pointed out. Ezo's eyes widened as he instantly turned the 3DS off. "N-no way...HIM!?" Zado simply nodded. Ezo jumped out of his mech and shook Zado. "You gotta tell me where he went. Why aren't you excited about this!?" Zado gave him a bored look. "Hey, I know we're his 'Original Characters' and everything, but...well, what's the point in meeting him? You want his autograph or something?" Zado smirked. Ezo sighed, stood there for a second, and got inside his mech. "Toward the library..." Zado said, rolling his eyes. Ezo quickly shifted his mech into "Kart mode" and started driving to the library. "Well, it's clear we have nothing to do..." Zado trailed off, standing in the middle of the city with nothing around.

Kyle stood there dumbfounded. Somehow, he managed to win at doing an extremely mundane task like paperwork. Wiping the confetti off of his shoulders, he turned towards Dashe.
"Did you need to celebrate something like this? Surely somebody else has breezed through this pile of paperwork before?" he asked, picking the last strand of paper-happiness out of his hair. "The Cokebot wants me to go through a Staff Only door. Is that okay with you?"

Dashe shrugged. "I guess it's fine. We're pretty notorious for our paperwork policies. I honestly haven't been paying much attention to the registration progress lately. Awful things keep coming up, you know? I think I'd better come along too...you know, in case something goes wrong. Wouldn't want you trapped in another room again," she snickered.
The Cokebot stared at both of them, beckoning for them to hurry up.

"Right. Let's get going," Kyle commanded; gesturing towards the Staff Only door. Once he and Dashe had ventured beyond, he was surprised to see both a staircase and an elevator. Upon further examination, the elevator had a notice suspended above it's control panel.
'Warning: Elevator is only to be used by Staff Members only. If you are not a Staff Member, and somehow managed to get past the door, then your punishment will be to use the provided flight of stairs to reach whatever destination you were heading to.'
Kyle then turned towards Dashe and gave her a look of the final.png caliber. "You people really do think of every countermeasure, don't you?" he sighed. After approaching the staircase, he descended a few steps and turned around. "More than likely, I won't be there when your elevator ride is over, so just wait for me, okay?"

"Got it." Dashe gave him a salute and stepped into the elevator.
The Cokebot just stood there as the doors slid shut and stared blankly at the wall between the elevator and the staircase, not quite remembering what it was supposed to be doing and trusting that the admin and the newbie both knew where they were going.
When the elevator door slid open, Dashe looked around the sub-basement. All she could see was a long, grey hallway lit with fluorescent lights, with a door at the very end marked "Capcom of Japan Board of Directors." Next to the elevator was the staircase. Dashe glanced at her communicator, only to find that the darned thing just didn't seem to be working.
"Great," she muttered. "Just when things start looking up I find myself standing in a sub-basement I never knew this city had, staring at what looks like Capcom's main office, with no communicator reception. I don't even speak Japanese." She leaned against the wall between the stairs and the elevator, waiting for Kyle to catch up.

After five minutes of descending, Kyle noticed that the lights illuminating the staircase were slowly starting to dwindle in number. Eventually, he reached a stage where they weren't even installed onto the walls. "Lovely," he sighed. "Nothing like using a staircase in the pitch black."
Checking his pockets for some night-vision goggles, a cigar, a lighter, or anything he could use to light the way; he found... absolutely nothing of use. What, did you think he had his own personal hammerspace? Hah!
"Wait a second. How did I use to goof around on my grandparents staircase again...? Oh yeah, now I remember!" he thought to himself, taking a few steps back. "Right. Here goes nothing."
With some hesitation and a few previous attempts, he ran down the illuminated stairs and slid onto his rear-end. His bumpy journey was painful, but within one minute, he had reached the sub-basement. Once there, he immediately stood up in pain. Not noticing Dashe's presence at first.
"Ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow! My freakin' ass hurts like he- Oh. Hey, Dashe."

Some time passes after the events of the underground mines. Music had managed to resurface alive in one piece without doing a heavy amount of harm to the city. By this point, he had already retrieved his belongings that were sent down from god knows where and he managed to obtain his apartment room key. It was in the residential building where all the registered members lived where Music headed to next. He never heard from Dashe or that other kid through announcement or his communicator so he figured his public duty to the city was over. He knew that if he was needed, he would surely be called. But until that time, he needed a place to call home.
His room key reflected the numbers "224" on the surface and he found himself standing outside the door with the same numbers on it; key in hand. His backpack hung heavily on his shoulders and gave quite a bit of weight to carry. Music was anxious to set it down somewhere safe so he unlocked the door and walked inside slowly. He scanned his new surroundings; a comfortable looking bed with nightstand at it's side pressed against the wall to his right, a simple window with a gaze of the city outside straight ahead, and a medium size wooden desk pressed against the opposing side of the bed along with a door that lead to what was assumed to be a bathroom. He smiled and hurried to work right away.
Within a couple of hours he managed to set himself up nicely. His highly powered computer was fully operational and busy playing "Robo Gang Johnny" from Chrono Trigger. He thought that this would be fitting music as he began his busy typing work on his computer. Paragraphs of text filled the screen as the clicks of his gentle keystrokes never faded. His communicator laid near his bed at the ready if he was ever needed for emergency.

Fatman had started wandering after he was told to look for Bass--well, not so much as 'told' as 'PM'd while they ran off to take care of the mansion problem'--and was currently walking towards Rules & Introductions through the center of town. He was pretty sure the Robot Master wouldn't be too much harm to take into custody, at least; the Gustaff Mk. II had thick armor, so it could take quite a few shots from a Buster, so if Bass really did retaliate with force Fatman would have no problem defending himself.
Between clearing out the 7-Uploids--which had been fun, smashing them into ribbons of steel--Fatman was just walking, looking for the Wily Number with all possible fortitude. He walked past a bench with a hobo-looking 7-Uploid sleeping on it, and was half-tempted to destroy the thing, but relented; he had far more important duties, after all. So the Gustaff Mk. II continued onwards towards Rules & Introductions, still searching for Bass.
Of course, if Fatman had paid more attention to the newspaper 'pillow' the 7-Uploid had been using, he would've noticed it wasn't a pillow at all, but Bass himself, still passed out from the sheer joy of being in the Prototype.

"Hey Kyle." Dashe nodded. "Guess what? Apparently Capcom of Japan has a headquarters underneath MMLS City. Who knew?"
She glanced over toward the door. "Might as well check the place out. The Cokebot did want you in the Sub-Basement. After you?"

"Good to see the surface again."
Anima strolled along the sidewalks near the General Legends Talk section of the city. She liked the idea of continuing the digout expedition with Skye and Ally, but seeing how the dig was going unfruitful without good loot, mostly in her eyes, she got bored of it pretty quickly. Which is somewhat of a rare instance for her, but even so, staying underground for too long and she starts to get nyctophobic.
Mikey had disappeared, and she couldn't get back into contact with him. he must've been busy with something else, can't blame him for that.
Still, should anything happen to them down there, Sora would contact REI, and she can go get them out of there in the blink of an eye.
Anyways, right now with the 7-Uploid incident having been taken care of, everything seemed peaceful again. Depending on how 'peaceful' a hectic forum city could be. There's always bound to be something around the corner.
"Do you think Miss Skye and Miss Ally will be alright, Mistress Anima?" REI asked, finally breaking the silence.
She shrugged. "Iunno, but they seem to be getting along well, so there might not be any problems. If... Ally doesn't screw anything up."
He seemed dubious, but nodded nonetheless. "Understandable. Seeing Ally can be a bit of a wildcard at times."
"Pfft." She scoffed. "So can Skye, when wrapped up in a fight. They also got Sarge on their side. They'll be fine."
"Right." REI looked ahead of the sidewalk path. "Where are we going again...?"
"....I.... have no frikkin' clue..." She shrugged. "I'm just letting my feet drag me along..."
Again, REI just nodded and fell silent once more. The subtle sounds of hustle and bustle, and a few explosions in the distance, an all too familiar sound she was used to.
Sort of.
"How much further until we get there?"
"Just half a block now, it's just around this corner."
"Good, my feet are starting to kill me. I'm just also glad no one even bothered to notice us..."
Anima quickly hid into the nearest alleyway, as well as Grabbing REI, as she saw two figures pass by. She recognized one of them, from an old wanted poster when she and Mikey had landed on an island to finish repairs when they had left the Mono Islands.
"REI, is that the veterans they Skye was talking about??" Anima spoke to her floating Reaverbot companion.
"I believe so. Should we follow them?"
She thought about this for a moment as she stepped out of the other end of the alleyway. "I think we should contact Fatman first, tell him we found the escapee veteran pirates."
"Miss Anima?" A familair voice chirped.
She turned around to see Charm standing there, alongside a girl with peculiar-looking ears.
Charm started to cry happily as he ran up to her, hugging her right leg. "Miss Anima, it IS you!"
"Charm! How did you find me??" She asked, as she looked up at the girl.
"This little robot yours, miss?" The girl asked.
Anima nodded. "Uh huh. Who are you?"
"Just call me Nozomi. I had found him wandering the city for a while, and I decided to help him find his owner. Looks like I did that job good." She said, as she started walking away. "If you'll excuse me, I must be going now."
"Hold up. Going where?" She asked, confused.
"My original mission, of course."
Anima just blinked out of confusion as she watched Nozomi walk away. "Okay... uhh we should get back to what we were doing too..." She turned to REI. "Can you try and contact Fatman?"
He nodded and put his hand to his ear. "REI to Fatman, can you hear me? Remember the veteran pirates Skye was telling us about? We found them."
[[ Holy crap long-arse post. I felt that Charm and Nozomi here didn't get any attention for a while, and stuff. Yeah. ]]

Ezo arrived at the library and was lucky enough to get there right as Chao was leaving. He wasn't sure why he wanted to meet Chao so badly, or what he was going to do when he actually met him, but the least he could do was shake his hand. Chao noticed Ezo immediately, and was...surprised, to say the least. He never thought he'd meet someone who he thought was just a figment of him imagination. Nervous, Ezo walked up to him and shook his hand. "Nice to meet you..." he said, not even saying his name since he knew that Chao already knew his name. Chao was speechless at first. "Um...eh...so...um..." Chao kept stammering, thinking about what to say next as he rubbed the back of his head. "This girl and I are going to a mansion. Wanna come with?" Chao asked with an industrially unchanging facial expression. Ezo kept shaking Chao's hand as he said, "Oh, sure. Yeah. That sounds fun...hehe..." Chao gave him what he called his "Miles Edgeworth" facial expression of confusion. "Um...Tamashi? Are you coming?" Chao whispered into the library.
