You bet! It'd be awesome to meet other people in real life who've been waiting for this game all this time too.

It maybe will be quite difficult for me, considering that -obviously- it will get first to NA, no idea when it comes to Mexico The boxes on my games all say "For sale, rental, and use only in USA, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America.", and the manuals are always written in English, French, and Spanish. This seems to indicate that North American game releases are intended for all of North America. Are you saying that's not true? Does Mexico get its own releases? Are the games translated into Spanish before they're released? If I'm gonna work for a game company, I'm gonna have to know this stuff!

Of course I will buy this game on day one! Legends is my LIFE. Next to Megaman StarForce.
And like Cleveland said: The North American release is intened for ALL North America.

I'll try my best, but I guess it'll all depend on the release date.

Unfortunately for myself I wouldn't be able to buy the game from day one as I would need to get the Region 2 version. Then again, the first I would need to do would be to save enough money to get both the 3DS and the game itself.

I think it'll take some time before it's released in Europe (compared to Japan and the US), but yes, I'm at least planning on preordering the Japanese version as soon as I can, if that counts. C: Of course I'll buy the EU version when it gets here, too!

3DS isn't region-locked is it? Do they still region-lock things?

People on the interwebs are anticipating region-locking on the 3DS based on the DSi's region-locking for any DSi-specific software: including DSiWare and any DSi-enhanced games. (Notably, Pokémon Black and White versions) To the best of my knowledge, Nintendo has yet to provide any kind of clarification for the region-locking issue. But the outlook is not so good. :21:
I'm really hoping that, with all the interaction going on between the Unity devroom and the Japanese devroom, the delay between the Japanese and English releases won't be terribly great. But that might just be a silly dream. (∗ rolls eyes at Unity ∗)

So maybe you should hold out on pre-ordering that Japanese version Saija

Yeah, I know I 3DS might be region-locked, which of course means I'll have to choose between the English and the Japanese version. ;< Not fun! If that happens, I just might buy a Japanese 3DS and DASH 3, and hope that there'll be lots of voice acting (I'm good at listening comprehension but awful at reading kanji, haha). xD Oh well, yet another reason for me to start studying Japanese more seriously.

That is pretty hard question for myself. It just really depends on if I'm still in Okinawa when the game is released. If I'm in Okinawa, the AAFES stores usually don't get anything new until a few weeks after it is released. Then again there is never a problem with long lines or not having enough of a product.
I remember when they(AAFES) posted signs around base saying Call of Duty: Black Ops was going to be in low supply but when I went to go pick it up they still had plenty on display for every trigger puller on base.
If I'm back in the states, I'll definitely pre-order it and pick it up (If I can) on Day one. It's only been ten years. Why should I wait any longer? I need to feed my addiction!

It has been announced that the 3DS will be $250 and will be region locked. Id definitely be willing to buy several of both the game and device and re-sell them to anyone out of the us. That's not really worth discussing until it comes out though.

Well yeah. I'm out of the US and LBP 2 just showed me what a random experience buying games can be. I already bought it... but it's suppose to arrive before the 31rst.
If anything I'll ask my brother to buy a copy so I'm able to put in my unit sold.
