Would thinly veiling swear words be enough, like shill, fudge and samsung?
I can't say you're doing this because you're a christian (and so am I), but I understand your intent by wanting to keep the swearing and the cussing to a minimum (or possibly something along those lines).
There are a lot of forum software available on the internet, like freeforums, vBulletin, this or manually created by individuals. Some forums like vBulletin automatically censor swear words, they may differ in how they treat the spoiler tag, and one forum I go to prevents double-posts by appending replies by the same author.
We should really be back on-topic.

Well, really, my Faith is only half the reason, I as a person see those 9 or 11 words as vulgar and offensive of the highest caliber. "Expletives" I'll allow because it showcases an attempt to better oneself rather than letting it all slip uncontrolled. However, I personally, despite any dictionary definition, don't consider "Heck" an expletive. "Heck", in my exposure to it, has honestly been a form of 'hectic', of which, my exposure to has been: "something's not going the way it should or someone wants". So, in all, my reason for being against it all is: I as a person, not influenced by anything else, am vastly offended by the words in question, and my Faith only adds onto my view on that.

Y'know, I just realized that with the word filter turned off, words like "spoon" and "harpoon" are no longer rendered as "sthingy" and "harthingy"! Very amusing, especially considering how confused we all were when that little bug popped up.

Japanese name for Birdbots: Shitappa
Things are much better without wordfilters.
