That model was nice... BUT i realize it can only be used as concept art becuase its format(truespace .cob?) uses shaders and not the old skin mapping(OLD! SHAME ON YOU A6(Our game engine)!)
And besides, i'm sure you want to keep your models your own right?

And besides, i'm sure you want to keep your models your own right? This is a base character, I can make the proper modifications to her and make her look exactly like roll casket. I was just wondering if you guys had any good concept art for me to model the characters by, I'm very good at what I do, and I think everyone would like some higher poly grafix. And it's a max model using a single texture just like the legends models. legends didn't model faces, it just used textures, I modeled them for a bit of realism. The textures are also included, I can re-uv her and have one of you draw up the textures for it. Although I do ask a bit of freedom when modeling these characters, for the sake of change. Am I confusing you too much sorry I do that a lot

You are not confusing us the least bit , anyway could you email us a copy of the model to see if we can import it correctly , our model editor uses skins/texture(same thing...) method. we would send you the art we based ours on if we could use your model format, we can animate and stuff like that. If we had a good modeler that would be great because we both are horrible model creators but we are decent animators. If you made the models for our game that would mean we have more time to focus on other things. Email us the model and will tell you if we can use it. E-mailing you the model as is would be useless. You need her to look like Roll casket. I can provide in any format you need so it will be usable. In order for this model to go with your game it needs a few modifications. If you have the accurate concept art please send that to me first so that I may modify her accordingly. After that I will e-mail the fully legends looking model.

I just read your intro, your models look way better than ours, would you model for our noble cause(MMLexpansion) you would automatically get a beta copy since it would use your models. We desprately needed good models and we DO support max. We just based our models of of the official art on MMLS, We can animate if you can't but if you could animate good that would help A LOT, because were mediokre(spelled wrong). If you'll model models for us that would be the missing link we needed to make this game perfect. THANK YOU, for giving us hope of decent models.

He knows that the current model would be useless as far as the game is concerned, but it wouldn't be useful as far as testing whether they can import, use, and animate. Better to send it to him and find out now than face the possibility that it might not work with their program after you've gone to the trouble and made a real looking Roll Casket. No matter how sure you are that you can match any file format necessary, it doesn't hurt to make sure first.
And BTW, how in the world is it possible to get more accurate concept art than the official artwork itself? o.o

fab MAX is usually canpatable so I'm not that worried but I would still want it for testing purposes but he created the model so it comes down to his choice. I thought I said in the above post about the official art , but I guess I didn't , maybe. Anyway Mandinga use the official art if possible, I heard max has a better model editor than GSTUDIO so your models should look better no matter what, the model of yours I saw earlier was better than most if not all of ours

What I think you should do is make a program for custom content, like a custom reaverbot creator or a custom ruin designer, would make the game more likeable and put up the replay value. And can I be a beta tester, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease (makes puppy dog eyes)

Yes no problem. after i get a few missions done thats what i wanted... and i'd make a weakly contest too. it would be fun, but not now. trust me, if the game doesn't make(it will make it), the custom design programs will anyway... mm 's walking so theres no dought i'll do it

Ohhh, now I feel stupid... Sorry fab , didn't notice. Anyway we have gotten the rolling script(when you roll to the side to avoid bullets)working perfectly without any trouble. Anyway we would like to see the actual conversion of MAX to 3DGS, We know they are compatable but we don't know how it will look on this engine, It should look fine but we have never used a MAX model before ... At least I don't think we have(whenever I say we it means me and not my name)

Ugh, meant to mention this earlier but I have a good friend, Knuxie, that could VA Tron and the Servbots. Maybe some other characters too depending on how many volunteer. She's really, really good. I wish I had a sample of her stuff but I've talked to her on the phone before, and her Bon was spot on.

Ok, all were doing is wating for mandinga's model , any voice actors, ect. All were really working on is the actual cities and islands, making new cities on old islands, every city may have a lot to do before you get your next objective, probably not as much as kattlelox except for maybe one occasion. When we see how the MAX model looks in GSTUDIO. Then we will continue more important matters
