So, last night I was fooling around with the infamous Debug Room Code:
30078D1C 0000
And I changed some digits around (the four 0s) and found some incredible things
Although I don't have pictures at the moment, I'll give you my findings for you to try out for yourselves:
By replacing the last two 0s with "17" you will be teleported to the control room inside of Glyde's ship-a place that is only shown in cutscenes!
Now, if you replace the 0s with a "52" you will be taken to The Masters room, another place that can only be seen in the last few cutscenes of the game.
Oddly, if you talk to the control panel the text "J000 Understand Mother" pops up on the screen. Oooo.
Replacing the last two 0s with a 39 takes you to the flutter's "bridge" but this version of the flutter is the one in cutscenes.
I also made it to the large "press room" in the Sulpher Bottom that can only be seen in the game's beginning cinematics-but I didn't right down it's digits.
Simply put, if we continue to mess around with digits we may end up finding ourselves in cooler locations, including other debug rooms, cinematic locarions and more!
Feel free to post your findings!

I bring images! Sorry for the not so great quality, I haven't conquered good snapshot techniques yet Okay, first pic is the Master's Room with Rock looking out into the horizon of the "village of Carbons" If we talk to the control panel just behind Rock we get an eerie message: Left over text? The Master has a nice pool too: Onto Glyde's ship! Unlike the Master's Room, this area is very easy to crash the game and objects aren't interactable: A pic of the 3D Loath portrait, I don't remember his nose being that long. I should point out that there is a message written below the portrait that cannot be normally seen. The dates of "1998- ?" can be seen. Finally, a pic of the Flutter's bridge. The place was fully explorable, camera control and everything. Just be careful to not touch a wall or you'll fall to your doom Sweet, no? Now, I have come to the conclusion that nearly every area in the game can be explored-all you need to do is find it's correct value. Unfortunatly, I lack an emulator to try multiple values at the same time, so I have limits (it's a tiring process!) Good luck to you all if you wish to find something truly unique!

(@ Dashe:)Try thesaurus.reference.com/browse/awesomeMy personal favorite is "zero cool." *is murdered by angry Zero hating people* This is just a thought now, but if one were to combine these cool location modifiers with those cool character modifiers, it would make for some very interesting screenshots, which could be used for something fun, like another caption contest or something else neat. Awesome Magnificent stuff.

1998- ? ? ? ?, eh? I'd like to say it refers to the lifespan of the Legends series, but they're missing the 2000 at the end, and MML actually began in '97, if I'm not mistaken.

This is just way past cool! I might boot up my copy (after I get back from work) to check these places myself.
Thanks for the great find!!! B)

(Green- Thanks for the free advertisement...hehe) I've messed around with the teleporter code before, although most of the time it takes me to the worldmap, everything accessible, with the text "Warning: Flutter can not be entered". Attempting to enter somewhere would put you near Calinca, and the Flutter and Bluecher's ship would be smaller.
I've gotten to other places though, like in the second floor of the Manda ruins, below the Flutter in Nino, and in the Glyde attacks in Nino.
EDIT: Its not working for me! The Glyde one just takes me to the Flutter spot in Nino without the Flutter, and the Master one just plays the scene and sends me to the Flutter.
Also, changing the last 00's to 54 takes you to the ending scene on Terra. Yay! I beat the game in 13 seconds apparently! Oh, and changing the 00's to 55 takes you to license test with all your stuff.
ANOTHER EDIT: Try 25. Takes you to the Manda village, with all houses repaired, but no people. Go into the buildings for a suprise! xD

For fun, experiment with mixing numbers and letters, you may find something extrodinary!

I've tested 01 to 3b, I think. Its weird cause its not in chronological order. It goes from Nino, to Manda, to Calbania.

Anything of interest? I'm not testing in any specific order, just random things that pop up in my head

Found a new cutscene only place...actually, I'm not sure if this is even from a cutscene(haven't had an actual play though in a while). Its 02, and you have to enter via Flutter ladder. Megaman's textures get a bit screwy, even though it looks like his textures..
03 with Flutter takes you to the Flutter intro scene place.
EDIT: Found the code to be inside Tron's/Teisel's section of the train boss. Its 53. Enter by Flutter ladder, as always.
EDIT: Found a Mini-Nino. Its 46, using the aforementioned method. To explore, use Rising Jump code. When at desirable height, use Air Walker code, since none of the building is solid.
EDIT: 46 with described method to be inside dropship.
EDIT:3a for Sulpher Bottom Conference Room.
EDIT: 1c for a random snowy mountain.
EDIT:1f for dark abyss of the "EASYHARD NORMAL VERYHARD"

The Sulpher Bottom Conference room is amazing!
If only we could find other debug rooms...

Well I tried to use the original debug code with the Flutter method, but it just sent me to a dark abyss...and not the cool "EASYHARD NORMAL VERYHARD" dark abyss...
Also, everyone should check out the Mini-Nino...its so cool! Like a little toy...
