Hello everyone. I'm Magma and I've been a fan of the MegaMan Legends series ever since it came out way back when.
This is my first post, and I'm gonna use it to express by current annoyance. I'm trying to get 100% completion on Legends 2, which means getting 99 Extra Packs, Medicine Packs, and completely upgrading every weapon, as well as doing everything optional, etc., etc.
However, in order to do this, you must farm TONS of zenny. This is very annoying, considering the best way to get zenny is a monotone, repetitive activity in the Pokte Caverns where you just defeat the King Miroc Reaverbot over and over again. Sure, you get around 30,000 zenny a minute, but when compared to the astronomical sum you'll need, that's still an arduous grind.
To prove my point, here is a breakdown of all the zenny you need to buy everything in the game...
Note that this list assumes several things: you become Light MegaMan, thus getting a 20% discount at stores, as soon as you defeat Teisel in Kimotama City, and you get the 10% Development Room discount from Roll as soon as possible.
Also, note that things are listed in a general order of when you buy them in the game...The Vacuum Arm, Drill Arm, and Buster Cannon won't have the 10% discount, as I personally upgrade those weapons before that discount is available.
Without further ado, here is the list...

Grand Total of Zenny Treasure = 1,402,000
Oh wow. Yeah. That's a lot. Not.
So let's combine the two numbers we've come up with...
Amount of zenny needed for a "perfect" game = 46,634,629
Amount of zenny gotten as treasure = 1,402,000
That means the grand total of zenny you need to either farm from Reaverbots, kick cans in Yosyonke for, or win Saul Kada races amounts to a whopping 45,232,629. Oh my.
So, let's do the math here for a moment. This means that even if you were to use the fastest method of getting zenny in the game (the King Miroc), let's say you're able to kill the thing and collect all it's zenny roughly 3 times in a minute. That means 30,000 zenny per minute, and about 1,800,000 zenny per hour. Which means in order to farm enough zenny, it will take you ABOUT 26 hours to get enough zenny. TWENTY-SIX HOURS STRAIGHT OF KILLING A KING MIROC.
Really, that's my only complaint with this game. I LOVE it otherwise. But seriously, Capcom...Really? It makes me wish the PSP version had been ported...
There you have it. The straight, hardcore facts! Thanks for reading.
